PACS Online Renewal Portal
As of January 2021, renewals have been moved to our NEW Online Renewal Portal. We are very excited to offer this new online system that allows members to fully complete their renewal forms package online, without the need to print, scan or physically sign any documents.
To access the PACS Online Renewal Portal:
- Navigate to any page on the PACS website, select 'Menu' in the top right corner and then select 'Member Login'. You can also click this link.
- Log in with your PACS # and password. If you can't remember your password you can click the "Forgot my password" link or you can contact the PACS office.
For members who prefer to complete hardcopy forms, they can still be downloaded through Client Resources.

The forms in this section may or may not be required at the time of your initial (or transfer) application. If you are unsure if these are necessary, please contact PACS to enquire, and a PACS Certification Reviewer will be happy to review your situation and let you know what will be required.
