My importer is not a resident of the USA. Can I enter a non-US address on the NOPIC?

Yes. The Importer of Record can be a foreign importer, or non-resident importer. 

Please note that the Importer of Record/Recipient must be certified organic to NOP (US National Organic Program). Their NOP ID will autofill their NOP-registered address when we generate your NOPIC.
