How do I add products to my certificate after already submitting renewal forms?

PROCESSORS:

If you wish to add products to your organic certificate please send an email to PACS along with :

  • Organic documentation for ingredients (supplier certificates, NOI declarations (if applicable), etc.)
  • OPP (product recipe form)
  • Labels accompanied by a Label Approval Request form 

Please note the OPP and NOI Declaration forms can be found in the forms directory when logged into your PACS account. 

When you email PACS with the necessary information, it is helpful to include your expected launch date and any additional details that may assist the certification committee, such as whether the process flow for the new product differs from your existing products.

GROWERS

  • All labels must be submitted to PACS for approval prior to use be accompanied by a Label Approval Request form.
  • Crops must be inspected to be added to a certificate. If you have changed your cropping plans after your renewal submission, please contact the PACS certification committee with the details.
  • If adding land, please contact the PACS Certification Committee prior to your inspection.
