How to Navigate the PACS Organic Client Directory
Are you looking for information about PACS certified organic operators? Whether you're trying to confirm certification, search for specific products, or find organic businesses near you, the PACS Organic Client Directory is the place to start. Here's a quick guide to help you navigate the directory.
How to Access the Directory
To get started, visit https://pacscertifiedorganic.ca/pacs-member-directory. You can access the directory two ways:
- Click the "Organic Client Directory" link in the top navigation bar.
- Scroll partway down the homepage and click the "Organic Client Directory" button. Both open the search form.
How to Search
When the popup form appears, you'll see the Certified Organic Enterprise Finder. You can search using:
- Business Name
- PACS Number
- City
- Industry (select from a dropdown list)
- Product/Service (type in what you are looking for).
You can use one field or combine multiple filters to narrow your search.
Viewing More Information
Once you have run a search, you can click "View Member Profile for All Products and Info" or select the operator's name to access a full client profile.
Each member profile typically includes:
- Enterprise name
- PACS number
- Certification Status
- Certification Program
- Member's name
- Industry Categories
- Contact Information
- Some clients may choose not to display certain contact details. What is shown will depend on the information they've opted to share.
- Email. If an operator has opted in to be contacted by email, there will be a link to contact them through the PACS website.

Verifying Organic Products or Certification Status
The certification status of each PACS client is displayed clearly in the directory. If an operator has been suspended, the status will appear here. If you've received a certificate and want to verify that it's valid, simply search for the operator in the directory. You can confirm that the certification program listed matches the certificate you received and that the operator is currently certified. Additionally, the directory will display the list of organic products the operator is certified to produce or handle, so you can verify whether a specific product is included.
