Effective August 12, 2026
The European Union Packaging and Packaging Waste Reduction (PPWR) has now been adopted. Canadian companies exporting to the EU need to review the new standards and guides coming out of the EU in time to be in compliance with the PPWR before it goes into effect on August 12, 2026.
